All products are dairy free (vegan) and made in small batches to order. Because of this, please allow at least 3 to 4 days for preparation and shipment. Sometimes I can get them baked sooner. Please keep in mind, this may take even longer during the months of February, October, November, and December because of holiday orders. So be sure to get your order in early!Payment
We accept payments from all major credit cards using Shopify checkout, PayPal, and Apple Pay (when available). We are working on other payment methods as well.
Sadly shipping rates have gone up once again and when you're dealing with food, time is of the essence. I ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. UPS and Fedex are too expensive. Items are shipped frozen and should be thawed by the time they reach you. This helps the product last longer for you. If you need something sooner, shipped with a different method, or shipped overnight, email me ahead of time to see if I can accommodate your needs. I will do my best to honor requests.
I generally ship Monday through Thursday. If you place your order Thursday through Sunday, then your order will be shipped on Monday. This prevents your package from sitting in the post office over the weekend.
Shipping is set up for the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. There are three different categories set up based on weight for: California, Alaska and Hawaii, and the rest of the states. Some of the food is heavy, so that will impact the cost of shipping.
You may pick up an order if you're local. You may use the free shipping coupon for local pickup - "LOCALPICKUP" - when checking out. Payment will be collected upon delivery. I charge a $5.00 local delivery fee for the Burbank area.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your shipment, please try to email me immediately upon receipt. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.
**Any requests for refunds 3 days (including weekends) after receipt of shipment will not be honored.**
I do not use preservatives in anything I make so you *MUST* refrigerate your food immediately upon receipt. Do not freeze.
Everything is baked or prepared in my commercial vegan kitchen using non gmo ingredients and organic when possible. I'm well versed in infection control and hold a California Food Handlers certificate. If you have any allergy concerns, then please contact me. I do cook with nuts, but great care is taken when preparing foods not to cross contaminate.
